Our Umbrella warrants that your umbrella is free from defects in material or workmanship as of the date of purchase and will, with proper care by the purchaser, remain so for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If your Umbrella fails structurally during the period of one year from original purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace without charge.
This warranty does not cover products used for commercial purchases, or products that have not been cleaned or maintained properly. This warranty does not cover normal fading or stretching that occurs in fabrics and upholstery materials.
The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase when requesting service under this warranty. Seasonalconceptsonline will not be responsible for any consequential damages, loss of use, or other expenses resulting from defective products.

All cushions have a one (1) Year Warranty for normal wear and tear. Market Umbrellas are not warrantied for commercial use or damage caused by weather. Printed polyester fabrics are not warrantied against fading. The factory’s sole discretion will determine the method by which the claim is processed. The factory will make the determination of whether to repair or replace the merchandise.

Seasonal Concepts, SeasonalConceptsOnline.com and its affiliates warrants the original purchaser against the defects in material or workmanship for a period of 5 seasons based on the following pro-rated schedule:
1st Season of Ownership……………………………100% of Original Purchase Price
2nd Season of Ownership…………………………….70% of Original Purchase Price
3rd-5th Season of Ownership………………………..30% of Original Purchase Price
This warranty excludes trees under 4 feet tall and excludes flocked and white trees for discoloration.
The seller will repair or replace at their option the defective item or parts. Repair or replacement may not be exact, and manufacturer’s acceptable replacement part(s) may be used at our option.
The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear or outdoor use. This does not cover discoloration and warranty is valid only in the United States.
Store your tree in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
The defective part of the tree must be shipped pre-paid to our service center for replacement or repair. We will pay shipping charge both ways the first year of ownership.
The incandescent lights on a pre-lit tree are warranted for one season. The average lamp life is 1500 hours. If a lamp burns out, you must replace it at once. Failure to replace a burned-out lamp will result in a shorter lifespan for the remaining lights. Failure to timely replace burned out lights or misuse of this product will void the warranty. Keep away from heat and moisture. We will repair or replace a defective part(s) through our Service Center at our option.
The LED lights on a pre-lit tree are warranted for two seasons. The average life of a diode is 20,000 hours. Warranty does not include burned out diodes or individual failures. Diodes are non-replaceable.
