It’s easy to return an item for exchange or refund. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may return it to our retail store location in Overland Park, KS  with proof of purchase,

and we will be more than happy to assist you in your return. The customer is responsible for return freight.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Special orders are subject to 25% restocking fee.

We will refund or credit the value of an item and any taxes you were charged if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return freight.

All umbrellas will encounter winds, so use a weighted base for stability.
Our return policy does not cover items that have been damaged due to the following:

• High winds, severe weather or improper use
• Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use
• Failure due to neglect of necessary care and maintenance
• Normal fading of fabrics or upholstery materials
• Glass Table Tops
• Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezing temperatures
• Changes in wood color due to the natural aging of the wood
